The right device for each material

Special, separately driven re-pressing devices are geared to each specific recyclable material or garbage fraction and so guarantee the smooth passage of the load and a higher throughput.

Whirler

For paper and cardboard up to a maximum size of 600 X 600 mm. The rotating action of the whirler, which is driven separately by a helical-bevel geared motor, the waste material is re-pressed and distributed evenly to prevent bridge formation inside the compactor.

Heavy duty cardboard in-feed

For heavy duty and flat cardboard. The two transverse shafts, each with 4 Hardox blades, are driven by two helical foot gear motors. This way the cardboard is drawn into the compactor and evenly fed towards the screw spiral.

For PET bottles that have not been crushed. Two special counter rotating robust rollers driven by two high-performance helical foot gear motors crush the PET bottles (which invalidates them as deposit bottles), and feed them precisely towards the screw spiral.
