With our Screw Compactors, there’s nothing that can’t be broken down. Their compact design and electro-mechanical direct drive make H&G Screw Compactors completely reliable, low-maintenance machines. They are also robust, operator friendly and have a long service life. The separately driven feeding devices, specially designed by H&G, are adapted to each specific waste or recyclable fraction to guarantee smooth operation and a high throughput, even for large dimensions or special materials.

BIN LIFTER
Bin lifter devices are used in production and commercial companies where waste and recyclable materials are collected at a central point and subsequently compacted. As mobile or stationary models, the bin lifters can be used for DIN standard containers or adapted for use with special containers.

DRIVERLESS TRANSPORT SYSTEMS
Driverless transport systems automate in-house waste logistics by transporting waste inside the company without the need for any actual manpower. In cooperation with the Dutch enterprise AGVR, H&G has developed a fully automated transport system for your waste or recyclable fractions.

SMART CONTROL TECHNOLOGY
Following the Industry 4.0 trend in waste disposal technology, H&G now supplies innovative Smart controls for Screw Compactors to enable remote diagnostics and the adjustment of various parameters for process optimisation and increased efficiency. Automatic “80% Full” and “Container Full” messages by e-mail make sure you always have disposal logistics under control.
DATA BASE
Our online platform the visualisation and processing of the data transmitted to the portal by Smart Control. User-based invoices can be made quickly and reliably, based on the access and weighing data transmitted.
WEIGHING SYSTEMS
For user-based recording of waste disposal data and legally reliable invoicing, access and weighing systems from H&G are the perfect solution. Waste compactors and bin lifters can be equipped with the H&G weighing and access control systems.
