H&G Steelforming is the youngest member of the H&G Group of Companies. Since 2010, the company has been manufacturing customer-specific steel elements and components for a wide range of application fields at its location in Burbach / south Westphalia. Our strength lies in the production of individual “handmade” structural parts for highly complex tasks and even the largest components are manufactured with the utmost precision and most stringent tolerances.

Dealing with the largest formats
The expertise of our team is based on excellent technical knowledge and mastery of modern high-performance machines, as well as a natural feel for traditional steel craftsmanship. Technically, H&G Steelforming is equipped with state-of-the-art manufacturing capabilities: Three CNC-controlled presses, with a press force of up to 1,800 tons, produce products with a bending length of up to 10 meters. An oxy-fuel cutting machine with a plasma marker cuts materials up to 14 x 5 meters in size and steel thicknesses of up to 300 mm.

Application fields here, for example, are shell sections of explosion–bonded or roll-bonded metal sheets for petrochemical containers, attachments and wearing parts for construction machines, etc.
HALF SHELLS & CONES
We manufacture half and quarter shells for various industries, in a wide range of diameters, as well as from a variety of steel grades, including wear-resistant materials. Application areas: energy generation, offshore, power plant construction, petrochemicals, construction machinery, mining.
