→ H&G Steelforming is the youngest member of the H&G Group of Companies. Since 2010, the company has been manufacturing customer-specific steel elements and components for a wide range of application fields at its location in Burbach / south Westphalia. Our strength lies in the production of individual “handmade” structural parts for highly complex tasks and even the largest components are manufactured with the utmost precision and most stringent tolerances.

H&G Steelforming
Dealing with the largest formats

The expertise of our motivated team is based on excellent technical knowledge and the ability to operate state-of-the-art high performance machines, but also on a natural feel for traditional steel making craftsmanship. Technically, H&G Steelforming is extremely well equipped with three CNC-controlled presses with a pressing force of up to 1,800t, enabling products with a bending length of up to 10 metres to be manufactured. An oxy acetylene cutting with machine plasma markers flame cuts steel materials of up to 14 x 5 metres in length and steel thicknesses of 300 mm.

Foundations for ship and harbour cranes from round to square, bracings and transition pieces for oil rigs, discharge and suction nozzles from round to elliptical for compactors and compressors.

Application fields here, for example, are shell sections of explosion–bonded or roll-bonded metal sheets for petrochemical containers, attachments and wearing parts for construction machines, etc.

CONES

We produce half and quarter shells for many different fields, in a great range of diameters and countless steel grades, right up to wear-resistant steel. Applications fields include energy generation, offshore, power plant construction, petrochemicals, construction machines & mining.
