Bees
The good general conditions of our location promise a productive honey harvest this year. Our busy “little bees” have already done their part. Now, it is up to us to “collect” the honey. We are starting the centrifuging.
What is the honey extractor made of? Our beekeeper, Kevin Harder, removes the full combs, uncaps them, and places them vertically in special holders, the so-called “honey extractor”. By means of this process, the honey is released from the comb cells and can be collected.
Honey, a very popular spread for many, this time in a new H&G design.
